We have participated in the representation of major borrowers in a wide range of finance transactions, including commercial loans, M&A financing, various banking facilities, and syndicated loans. We routinely represent international clients in cross-border financing transactions and advise foreign clients on perfecting securities in Israel. We also advise our clients on all regulatory related matters and represent them before relevant regulators.

  • Representation of Netafim Ltd. in two US$ 500,000,000 Syndicated Refinancing Transactions.

  • Representation of Extra Group (Motty Ben Moshe) in a Financing Agreement with Discount Capital.

  • Representation of XIO Group in a US$100 Million financing and a US$250 Million refinancing Transaction, in connection with the leveraged merger with Lumenis Ltd.

  • Representation of Bank Leumi Le-Israel in the sale of debt for an amount of approx. NIS 370 Million.

  • Representation of Mediterranean Car Agency Group in financing for the acquisition of Japanauto Holdings Ltd. at a value of NIS 210,000,000
